My name is Sade Costen, and I’m a professional makeup artist and brow specialist with over 13 years of experience in makeup artistry and 5 years specializing in Ombre Brows. Enhancing women’s natural beauty is my passion — I love helping each client feel confident, polished, and effortlessly beautiful. As a mom and entrepreneur, this business means everything to me. I’m so grateful for every client who finds their way here — thank you for your trust, support, and interest in my work. ⸻ ⚠️ Please Read Carefully Before Booking 🚫 Please Do Not Book If You… ✖️ Are pregnant or nursing ✖️ Have skin that tends to keloid ✖️ Have a pacemaker or major heart condition ✖️ Have seborrheic dermatitis ✖️ Have had an organ transplant ✖️ Currently have psoriasis, acne, rash, sunburn, or any irritation in the brow area ⸻ 🌿 Ombre Brow Pre-Care Instructions 🌸 Do not pluck, wax, or thread your brows within 7 days of your procedure. 🌸 No alcohol 24 hours before your procedure. 🌸 Do not drink coffee or anything with caffeine 24 hours prior to your appointment. 🌸 It is highly recommended to wash your hair the day of or before since you’ll need to avoid wetting your brow area. 🌸 Do not take Aspirin, Ibuprofen, Vitamin E, Fish Oil, or Niacin 24 hours before. 🌸 It is recommended that you are off Retin-A or Retinols for 60 days before your appointment and avoid using them on or around the brow area for 30 days after. Continued use may cause pigment to fade prematurely. 🌸 If you have used Accutane, you must be off this medication for 1 year. 🌸 Botox: should be performed either 2 weeks before or 2 weeks after your procedure. 🌸 Filler: should be done 6 weeks before or 6 weeks after your procedure. ⸻ Please Note ⚫ We do not work on pregnant or breastfeeding women. ⚫ If you have any pre-existing medical conditions, please consult your physician before making an appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice to avoid additional fees. • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. • Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the remaining service balance. • This fee is separate from your deposit, which does not apply toward the 50% cancellation fee. Rescheduling Your Appointment Appointments may be rescheduled one time only and require at least 72 hours’ notice. All rescheduling requests must be made directly through Modish Makeup Studio. Your deposit will transfer to your new appointment date for your first reschedule. If you need to reschedule a second time, your appointment will be canceled and you will need to book a new appointment with a new deposit. Previous deposits cannot be transferred more than once. Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 30 days of the original appointment date and are subject to availability. Paid-in-Full Appointments: If you paid in full at the time of booking and need to reschedule, please contact Modish Makeup Studio directly at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your payment will not be forfeited and may be transferred to a new appointment date within 30 days of your original appointment, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to the standard cancellation policy. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in being charged 100% of the remaining balance. Clients who no-show will be required to pay in full upfront for any future appointments. Each appointment time is set aside exclusively for you, with preparation and planning that begins well before your arrival. Last-minute cancellations or missed appointments disrupt the flow of business and limit opportunities for other clients to book their desired time. Your cooperation helps maintain a smooth, professional, and respectful experience for everyone.
